Batido, Copa Cocktail Doble
Ingredientes Bourbon IOU :
35 ml Bourbon Maker’s Mark
40 ml Zumo de Aràndanos
10 ml Jarabe de Hierbabuena
30 ml Sirope de Bubble Gum
1 Dash Zumo de Lima
Decoración del Cocktail :
Ramita de hierbabuena y palo de chicle
Preparación Bourbon IOU :
Colocamos hielo en la coctelera; agregamos el los ingredientes y agitamos ligeramente, evitando que se haga agua el hielo. Servimos la mezcla sin hielo en una copa Martini y decoramos una ramita de hierba buena y palo de chicle.
Historia del Trago Bourbon IOU:
Bourbon IOU es un cocktail creado en el 2011, ganador del concurso de cocktails del Whisky Live 2011 (Madrid).
Maker’s Mark sorprendió al jurado con el cóctel Bourbon IOU, un combinado elaborado por Noel Vela, mixologist de Global Bartending (Segovia). El cóctel mezcla el sabor dulce del arándano y del sirope de Bubble Gum con el frescor de la hierbabuena y la lima. Joseph Caro, Brand Ambassador de Maker's Mark, afirma estar "orgulloso por este nuevo éxito de la marca que cada vez tiene más seguidores en España, fruto de su calidad y versatilidad en coctelería".
